Genesis of a Vacation

Sitting around the campfire in Tomakin, Australia with Gavin & Helen in April 2003 we started talking about our next vacation together and decided that Alaska would be a good idea and that 2006 would be when; so here we are with our intinerary fixed and counting the days (17) until we set off for California and Oregon and then onto Alaska where we will meet up with Gavin & Helen for 3 weeks of land and sea travel.
