Saturday 8/29 - Matt & Kelly Leave

Today we woke up early to drive Matt & Kelly to Heathrow to catch their flight back to Raleigh. Here we are ready to leave; We made sure that we left plenty of time to miss any holdups on the M25, but fortunately we did not hit any problems. We dropped Matt & Kelly off at Terminal 3 and then decided to try and get to the Hertz rental car drop off point so that we would know where we going when we come back in 2 weeks time. Just as well we did! We made one small mistake and ended up driving all the way around the airport again! But now we do know where to go.

In the afternoon Jill & I walked down into Reigate and I bought a water bottle for Ben's bike in preparation for Monday's bike ride with Malcolm, more on that later!
