Caversham Day 2 & Back to Reigate

Yesterday, Monday, Jill and I had a quiet day, but after lunch and a power nap we went for a walk down to the Thames. We decided to visit Caversham Court Gardens, somewhere we had not visited before. On the way there we stumbled upon St. Anne's Well, apparently what drew pilgrims to Caversham in years gone by;

We then walked onto the gardens, Caversham Court Gardens, and found it to be a very interesting site. Adjacent to the gardens is St. Peter's with its interesting graveyard. Here are the obligatory photos;
These flowers are about 1/2" across and seem to be surrounded by lace

The lace is actually small flowers!

 We then walked along the Thames before returning to Mum's for dinner. Guess what, more photos!

Today, Tuesday, we have returned to Reigate to celebrate Beryl's 87th birthday, and most of Beryl's extended family are here; Val, Malcolm, Sarah, Miles, Elin, Ben, Charlie and Poppy. I'll add some photos later, so y'all come on back!
